MY STORY
My name is Skyler Hope, owner of JointSnacks. I have ankylosing spondylitis. I was a FedEx delivery driver who ate nothing but garbage from the gas station for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was in so much pain after work that I couldn't hang out with my family, connect with old friends, or engage in any of my hobbies.
I felt hopeless about changing what I eat. If I tried anything new or different, like only eating bananas for a day, I didn't have the energy to maintain get-up-and-go, which I needed for work!
